Stribling & Associates, Ltd has worked with many different mortgage companies and we will work with you Step by Step.

VIEWING HOMES;

You will view available homes that meet your criteria. I will keep you informed about new listing coming on the market and email you new listing and what is happening in the Market.

MAKING AN OFFER;

When you are ready, I will present a written offer by email,a long with small deposit to show your "earnest" intentions.Seller accepts or rejects your offer, or enters into negotiations by making a counter offer.

REACHING AGREEMENT;

At this point you or I will inform your lawyer and I will act as ago-between in negotiations. You and Seller greet on the Price and terms.

CONTRACT OF SALE ;

Down payment placed in Trust account as specified in the contract. In New York an Attorney review of Contract is Customary.

HOME INSPECTIONS/ PUNCH LIST;

Before going into closing we will have walk-thur we call this "punch list",the seller will repair anything that needs to be fixed. Should any concerns arise I will help you and the seller resolve them.
